بر اساس گفته ها و شنیده ها نسخه سوم شبیه ساز پرواز لاکهید مارتین به منظور بررسی در اختیار تیم آزمایشگر قرار گرفته است.لاکهید مارتین هنوز اجازه انتشار جزئیات و قابلیت های این نسخه از شبیه ساز را صادر نگرده است ولی یکی از ویژگیهای برجسته این نسخه (احتمالاً) پشتیبانی از سیستمهای 64 بیتی می باشد.اخبار و اطلاعات بیشتر به مرور در اختیار کاربران قرار خواهد گرفت.

از جمله ویژگیهای بصری مهم در این نسخه پشتیبانی از قابلیت بازتاب پویا (Dynamic Reflections) ، بهبود حرکت سطح آب و تاثیر پذیری اشیا غوطه ور از ارتفاع آب می باشد.با استفاده از این قابلیت شما قادر خواهید بود انعکاس اشیاء و محیط را در سطوح براق و منعکس کننده نور مشاهده کنید.به عنوان در هنگام حرکت هواپیما به سمت گیت تصویر هواپیمای خود را در شیشه های فرودگاه ملاحظه کنید.
