A BAE (British Aerospace) 146 plane operated by Nusantara Air Charter burned to the ground on Wednesday at Wamena Airport in Indonesia.

According to reports, the fire started when a drum of heating oil was dropped during onload igniting a fire.

The co-pilot and a ground worker were injured in the incident, but their injuries are believed to be minor.

The plane was completely destroyed.
